Carson-Truckee Water Conservancy District was formed in 1958. As a political subdivision of the State of Nevada, the District includes all land and property within Carson City, Churchill and Washoe counties, and parts of Douglas, Lyon and Storey counties.

This notice is provided by the Carson Truckee Water Conservancy District, the local project sponsor, as a provision to the 1973 Martis Creek Lake Agreement with the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers.
